"We live in a hard water area and the smell and taste of chlorine in our water is very strong. This hot water dispenser and integrated water filter is excellent. There is no trace of chlorine once the water has gone through the filter and the water tasted pure. It is easy to fill and use. The ambient water is at room temperature so perfect for a cold drink add a cube of ice if you like your drink cooler. The hot water is instant and perfect for a mug of tea. The one off button keeps getting stuck, is there a way to clean it?: Hello Pam Thank you for the question, this can happen sometimes due to the heat the machine dissipates but shouldn’t affect the overall functionality of the button or machine. Please continue to use your machine and get in touch with us if you encounter any issues. What you can also do is regularly descale the machine, you can find the details in the instruction manual under "Removing mineral deposits" on page 11, Kind regards

My wife really love her Sensio as ig makes ig easier for her to make a hot drink. However, do I need to clean the hot water dispenser? And, if so, how often? I clean my coffee machine roughly every 6 months with a vinegar solution. Would this be OK for the Sensio? Thank you.: Hello Edward Yes that is the appropriate way to clean it, as it says in the instruction manual, page 11. To remove build up of mineral deposits, fill the Water Tank with 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of water. Press the ON/OFF Button to begin dispensing the solution into a suitable size cup or container. When the Water Tank is almost empty, switch off the appliance and remove the Tank. Rinse out the remaining solution and fill with cold, clean water. Reattach before begining another boliing cycle to flush any remaining vinegar solution through the system until the tank is almost empty. After cleaning the appliance, hold the unit over a sink and open the drainage stopper in order to remove any waste water, refit the drainage stopper after emptying. Thank you
